IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE A RIDE?
We require 20-30% non-refundable deposit to complete a reservation, which can be paid by credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. The deposits are applied towards the total price of the vehicle rental.

Additionally, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking and will remain on file until the completion of the rental in case of cancellation or incidental damages (please see contract terms and conditions).

WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
The remaining balance is due on the day of service at pick up in cash. If paying by credit card, a signed credit card charge authorization form and payment are required minimum 3 days prior to the service date. An additional 3% credit card processing fee will be added to balance.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
The deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations within 7 days of service will result in 100% charge of the remaining balance on the reservation.
WHAT IS AN APPROPRIATE TIP FOR THE DRIVER?
A Gratuity of 10-20% is encouraged for all trips and is payable directly to the driver on the day of service.
WHAT DOES A PARTY BUS COME WITH?
Party Bus comes with complimentary water and ice, and most have an onboard restroom. Reserving bathroom access is optional, and the cost is $200.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS FOR THE BUS AND LIMO RENTAL?
There is a minimum of 4 hours of rental required Monday – Thursday, and 5 hours Friday – Sunday. We also offer point to point one-way and round-trip transfers.
CAN WE SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles and will be a subject to a fine.
CAN WE DRINK ALCOHOL IN THE VEHICLE?
Yes, alcohol is permitted as long as EVERYONE in the vehicle is at least 21 years old.
DOES OC LA PARTY BUS SUPPLY ALCOHOL?
No, but guests over 21 years of age are welcome to bring on board alcoholic beverages – there is no limit or charge.
